On May 18, 2025, Luo Hailang, Chairman of Great Man Education Group, led a delegation to Tianjin Binhai New District for in-depth cooperation discussions with leaders of the Binhai New District Education and Sports Bureau. The meeting focused on topics such as the planned establishment of Great Man Education’s Northern Regional Operation Center, the campus after-school service management platform, and educational equipment. The discussions aimed to deepen government-enterprise collaboration, empower high-quality regional education development, and inject new momentum into the educational ecosystem of Binhai New District.

Director Fang of the Binhai New District Education and Sports Bureau extended a warm welcome to the Great Man Education delegation. He emphasized that as a national-level new area, Binhai has consistently prioritized educational innovation and the integration of industry and education as key strategies for regional development. He expressed anticipation for the collaboration with Great Man Education, believing it will provide strong support for building Binhai into a hub of educational technology and optimizing the allocation of educational resources.


Luo Hailang, Chairman of Great Man Education, systematically elaborated on the Group's strategic layout of "One Core, Two Wings, One Platform." This strategy is centered on preschool education as the foundation, extending to vocational education and the educational sports equipment industry, while building a digital education service platform to create a comprehensive education service system.

Wang Zhen, General Manager of the Northern Region of Great Man Education, provided a detailed report on the planning and business segments of the planned Northern Regional Operation Center. Su Haitao, General Manager of Peiyan Smart Care, introduced the core functionalities of the Peiyan platform, which has already been successfully piloted in multiple provinces and cities. In the future, it will assist Binhai New District in establishing a model for after-school services.


During the discussion session, leaders from the Binhai New District Education and Sports Bureau highly praised Great Man Education's strategic layout and strengths, while proposing specific directions for collaboration. Both parties unanimously agreed to establish a regular communication mechanism starting from this meeting, ensuring the efficient implementation of cooperative projects.

This meeting marks the entry of the collaboration between Great Man Education and Binhai New District into a substantive phase. Through multi-faceted resource integration, Great Man Education will support Binhai New District in building an integrated education ecosystem encompassing "industry, academia, research, and application," contributing educational strength to the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
