From March 21 to 23, 2025, the 2025 Anhui Entrepreneurs Conference, themed "Gathering Huishang Worldwide, Composing a Glorious Chapter of the Era", was grandly held in Hefei. A delegation from the Guangdong Anhui Chamber of Commerce attended the event, including:

• Wu Liejin, Yang Qiang, Ouyang Yedong, Wang Yi, Sun Bing, Vice Presidents
• Luo Hailang and Bao Zhao, Executive Presidents of the Education Professional Committee
• Liu Sen, Representative of Vice Presidents
• Lin Caijin, Director
• Tang Xuchang, Member of the Education Professional Committee
• Yang Congzhi, Representative of Jiangmen Anhui Enterprises
• The delegation engaged in discussions to strengthen hometown ties and explore strategies for shared development.

At the opening ceremony, Shen Ying, Vice Minister of the Central United Front Work Department and Party Secretary of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, along with Liang Yanshun, Secretary of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee, delivered respective speeches. Wang Qingxian, Deputy Secretary of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee and Governor of the province, presided over the meeting.
Also in attendance were:

• Tang Liangzhi, Chairman of the Anhui Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC)
• Provincial leaders Zhang Xi’ming, Shan Xiangqian, Tao Minglun, Wang Cuifeng, and Ren Qinghua
• Fei Gaoyun, Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor, presented an overview of Anhui’s economic and social development.

Shen Ying, Vice Minister of the Central United Front Work Department and Party Secretary of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, stated that China is currently in a critical period of advancing the construction of a modern socialist country and national rejuvenation through Chinese modernization. She emphasized that the private economy holds broad prospects and promising opportunities for development in this process.


Liang Yanshun, on behalf of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, extended a warm welcome and gratitude to all distinguished guests. He stated, "We will spare no effort to create a first-class business environment. We hope that entrepreneurs of Anhui origin will deeply cultivate a sense of national spirit in their enterprises, join hands with Anhui (‘Wǎn’), gather excellence (‘Huī’), and forge a new landscape of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation."


On the same day, the First Council Meeting of the Anhui Entrepreneurs General Chamber of Commerce was successfully held in Hefei. The meeting was attended and addressed by Zhang Qiming, Vice Minister of the Anhui Provincial United Front Work Department and Party Secretary & Executive Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce.

Yang Yuanqing, President of the Anhui Entrepreneurs General Chamber of Commerce and Chairman & CEO of Lenovo Group, presented the work report of the council. The meeting was presided over by Yin Tongyue, Executive President of the Chamber and Secretary of the Party Committee & Chairman of Chery Holding Group.

More than 240 participants attended the meeting, including members of the chamber’s leadership and the first council of the Anhui Entrepreneurs General Chamber of Commerce.


The meeting reviewed and approved a series of work reports of the Anhui Entrepreneurs Association. It also passed the proposal to establish specialized committees under the association. A licensing ceremony was held for three newly established committees: the New Energy Committee, the Young Anhui Entrepreneurs Committee, and the Artificial Intelligence Committee.



During the conference, Mr. Luo Hailang and other members of the Guangdong Anhui Chamber of Commerce delegation visited the "Kejia Silicon Valley" and the International Advanced Technology Application Promotion Center for an inspection tour.




During the inspection and exchange sessions, the delegation engaged in in-depth discussions with relevant responsible persons on enhancing communication and interaction, establishing strategic partnerships, and collaborating on low-altitude industry projects, ultimately reaching consensus on cooperation.



The Anhui Entrepreneurs Conference was packed with substantive content, not only demonstrating the dynamic vitality of Anhui's high-quality economic and social development but also establishing a comprehensive platform for exchange and cooperation among Huizhou entrepreneurs. Chairman Luo expressed heartfelt pride in his hometown's progress and looked forward to mutual commitment and shared development with his homeland.
