To further strengthen the key functions of the Education Committee and promote in-depth integration and collaborative development between schools and enterprises, the "Education on the Same Path, Gathering in Jiachen" networking event was successfully held on January 5, 2025, at South China Business College of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. The event was organized under the leadership of Luo Hailang, Executive President of the Education Professional Committee of the Guangdong Anhui Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Great Man Education.

Together, the delegation visited South China Business College, experiencing its vibrant atmosphere and distinctive charm.




In his address, President Zhang Hao stated that since its establishment, the Education Committee has carried out a series of solid and effective initiatives, garnering attention and recognition from educational institutions such as the Anhui Education Foundation. He expressed hope that this event would serve as an opportunity for everyone to pool their wisdom and efforts to further develop and enhance the Committee, continuously improve its service functions, deepen school-enterprise cooperation and exchange, and actively contribute to the growth of enterprises in the education sector as well as the advancement of education in both Anhui and Guangdong.


Due to official commitments, Academician Tang Tao, Special Advisor to the Education Committee, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and President of Guangzhou Nanfang College, was unable to attend the event in person. He specially sent a video message expressing his strong support for the Committee. He emphasized that Nanfang College consistently upholds an open and collaborative philosophy, actively explores new models of inter-institutional cooperation, and looks forward to deepening collaboration with fellow members of the Committee and the home provincial government to build a platform for educational exchange between the two regions.


Professor Ma Zaoming, Director of the Institute of International and Comparative Education at South China Normal University and Advisor to South China Business College of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, expressed his hope that the event would strengthen cooperation between the university and member units of the Chamber’s Education Committee. He proposed deeper collaboration in areas such as academic research, teacher training, and student internships and employment. By fully leveraging their respective strengths and achieving mutual complementarity and win–win outcomes, both sides can contribute jointly to the advancement of education.


Luo Hailang, Executive President of the Education Professional Committee of the Guangdong Anhui Chamber of Commerce, expressed gratitude to leaders at all levels and members of society for their concern and support for the Committee's development. On behalf of the Committee members, he made the following commitments: First, to always uphold the principle of "doing educational work with a clear conscience" as a bottom line. Second, with the care of leaders at all levels and the support of colleagues, to continue contributing to the development of education and to the investment and talent attraction efforts of their home province, particularly in recruiting and nurturing talents.

Zheng Xunlian, Party Secretary and Director of the Anhui Provincial Government Office in Guangzhou, pointed out that since its establishment, the Education Committee has been rooted in Guangdong, carrying forward the spirit of Anhui merchants, and dedicating itself to the education sector, thereby building a bridge for cultivating educational talents between the two regions. He urged the Committee members to recognize opportunities amidst challenges, enhance their political awareness, and promote positive core values. He also emphasized the need to build professional platforms to better serve fellow Anhui natives, foster exchange and cooperation, and promote the practical application of knowledge, thereby effectively telling the story of Anhui and the story of education.


Zhu Dan, Former Director of the Anhui Provincial Government Office in Guangzhou and Vice President & Greater Bay Area Chief Representative of the China Association for Professional Managers, expressed his thoughts with gratitude and appreciation. He stated that the Committee should play an active role in promoting the exchange of educational resources between Anhui and Guangdong. He suggested that members continue to seek guidance from advisors, experts, and other senior figures in the education sector. He also expressed hope that entrepreneurs would not only focus on their own enterprises but also pay attention to the development of education in their home province.


As a senior figure in the education sector, Wang Guojian, former President of South China Normal University, noted that Anhui merchants have always valued education, and having such a professional committee within the Chamber is a distinctive feature that carries forward Anhui's tradition of scholar-businessmen. Although the Committee has been established for a relatively short time, it has already undertaken significant work—not only providing a platform for education entrepreneurs in Guangdong but also uniting them to contribute to the educational development of the province.



During the symposium, the attending guests engaged in comprehensive and in-depth interactive discussions and experience exchanges centered on key topics such as school-enterprise collaboration and talent cultivation. This further consolidated consensus and provided an outlook for future cooperation.






The night in South China felt as warm as spring. All the guests gathered together, sharing a profound sense of common purpose in education. Here, every discussion shone like brilliant starlight, illuminating the path forward for all; every toast celebrated the most inspiring dreams of education.


Amid the gentle embrace of the southern night, the Education Professional Committee of the Guangdong Anhui Chamber of Commerce and the Great Man Education Group look forward to continuing our collaboration in the new year. Together, we will strive to contribute to the high-quality development of education in Anhui and Guangdong, and write a glorious new chapter in education.
