The annual flagship event of Great Man Education, themed "Remaining True to Our Mission, Education Everlasting," was successfully held at the Guangzhou Panyu Lotus Mountain Yuehai Resort Hotel.

Representatives from Great Man Kindergartens across the nation gathered in Guangzhou to celebrate and exchange insights on the original aspirations and mission of preschool education. The forum delved into strategies for sustaining the enduring vitality of education in an era of rapid change.


Annual Sharing: Upholding the Original Mission of Education
Mr. Luo Hailang, Chairman of Great Man Education, delivered the opening address. He warmly reviewed the company’s 25-year journey of staying true to its educational mission, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all Great Man colleagues for their dedication and hard work, and conveyed strong confidence in the sustained development of the education cause in the future.


Mr. Zhuo Lianquan, Deputy General Manager of Great Man Education, presented on the topic:“Brand Differentiation — The Development Path for Private Kindergartens.”
From the perspective of industry competition, he provided an in-depth analysis, proposing a logic for building differentiation, a corresponding methodology, as well as practical implementation approaches and service models. His sharing offered highly valuable guidance for real-world applications.


Culture Implementation: Visuals Lead the Way. Mr. Wu Yujun, Branding Center Manager, presented on "Systematic Presentation of the Great Man Kindergarten Brand Culture."
He showcased the visual artistry of the Great Man Education brand culture system, which integrates the brand's educational philosophy, children’s developmental milestones, eco-curriculum themes, and environmental design into a cohesive whole. This approach transforms the Great Man brand culture into a visual, tangible, and narrative-driven experience.


For private kindergartens, enrollment is an indispensable topic.How can we break free from the cycle of pursuing enrollment merely for its own sake?
Ms. Xu Ke, from the Headquarters Operations Center, shared a special presentation:"Daily Routine Procedures: Nurturing Children's Joyful Growth."
Meanwhile, Ms. Zheng Yun, from the Curriculum Center, presented:"Ecological Education: Growing Together with Parents."
Starting from enrollment as the entry point, they reconstructed the kindergarten management system from three dimensions: Daily Operations / Curriculum Implementation / Collaborative Parenting between School and Families.


The sharing session by distinguished kindergarten directors elevated the event to a climax.

Gala Dinner: Celebrating the Everlasting Spirit of Education
Following an intensive and productive conference, Great Man partners embarked on a visit to Lotus Mountain, a national 4A-level tourist attraction. Immersed in its natural beauty and rich cultural heritage, the group enjoyed a serene retreat.
As evening fell, the Great Man Education Annual Gala Dinner commenced in an atmosphere of elegance and warmth. Under sparkling lights and melodious music, Great Man colleagues gathered to share a delightful banquet, celebrating the hard work of the past year and toasting to the achievements ahead.
The event also included an awards ceremony, recognizing outstanding kindergartens and individuals for their exceptional contributions to education. This moment honored the dedication and efforts of every Great Man member in advancing the mission of quality education.



Amid laughter and joy, the 2025 Great Man Education Annual Forum successfully concluded. This event was not only a feast of ideas but also a convergence of hearts and minds.
