On October 15, 2025, Mr. Anders Fung, Mayor of Milbrae, California, U.S., along with Ms. Lilian Li, Principal of Lilian Studio School, and other delegation members, visited the Great Man Education Group for an inspection and exchange. Anders Fung (Feng Jiahui) - Biography
Mayor Anders Fung was born in Hong Kong. He was elected to the City Council in December 2020 and assumed the role of Mayor of Millbrae in December 2023.
As the first Asian immigrant to serve as both Mayor and Councilmember in Millbrae, he holds key positions across several critical domains. These include serving as Chair of the San Mateo County Asian Pacific Islander Caucus, Commissioner on the Peninsula Clean Energy Executive Board, Legislative Member of the San Mateo County Council of Cities/County Association of Governments, and Commissioner on the San Mateo County Transportation Authority.

Chairman Luo Hailang extended a warm welcome to the American guests who had traveled from afar. He personally escorted Mayor Fung on a tour of the group's offices, providing an overview of Great Man's development history, educational philosophy, and business segments. Chairman Luo also shared the company's innovative practices and achievements in the field of preschool education.

During the exchange session, the two parties engaged in in-depth discussions on the future development trends of preschool education. Chairman Luo Hailang elaborated on Great Man Education's vision for the future of education, placing special emphasis on the application prospects of artificial intelligence and technology in the preschool sector. He stated that the deep integration of technology and education is an inevitable trend for future development, noting that Great Man Education has already conducted beneficial explorations in areas such as smart kindergartens and intelligent teaching systems.



To gain deeper insights into Great Man Education and experience its practical achievements, Mayor Anders Fung and his delegation, accompanied by the Great Man Education team, visited the Foshan Nanhai Guicheng Great Man Kindergarten—a flagship institution under the Group—on October 16. During the visit, Mayor Fung engaged in warm interactions with the children, observed daily teaching activities, and gained a detailed understanding of the kindergarten's educational environment, curriculum design, and distinctive teaching features.


During the visit, Mayor Fung spoke highly of the kindergarten's facilities, educational philosophy, and the children's development.
