On December 14, 2025, Mr. ALIKHAN AMAN, General Manager of Kazakhstan’s ARJ Group, visited the headquarters of Great Man Education Group and held discussions with Chairman Luo Hailang and the senior management team. Both sides engaged in in-depth talks regarding cooperation in the field of education, aiming to advance project implementation and achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

General Manager Mr. ALIKHAN AMAN’s visit to Great Man Education represents a recent effort to deepen cooperation between educational institutions in Kazakhstan and Chinese education groups. Chairman Luo introduced the development journey of Great Man Education, highlighting its formation of four major business segments centered on preschool education and extending to vocational/international education, educational sports equipment, and investment, all while continuously accelerating its international expansion.


Mr. ALIKHAN AMAN elaborated on the current state of preschool education in Kazakhstan and expressed intentions for cooperation. In recent years, Kazakhstan has placed significant emphasis on the development of the education sector and has actively pursued collaborations with advanced international educational institutions. Mr. ALIKHAN AMAN noted that the demand for internationalized, high-quality preschool education in Kazakhstan’s education market is steadily increasing. He expressed hope to introduce Great Man Education’s professional expertise in standardized management, quality development, and chain operation of kindergartens, with the goal of jointly building a top-tier brand in the preschool and early childhood education sector in Kazakhstan.


The discussions yielded multiple points of consensus, jointly outlining a new vision for educational cooperation spanning the "Belt and Road" initiative.
